Ingredients:

  • 75 millilitre Mustard oil
  • 1 tsp Onion seeds (kalonjee)
  • 1 tsp Fennel seeds (saunf)
  • 2 Tbsp Garlic, chopped
  • 200 Gram Onion, chopped
  • 150 Gram Tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 tsp Ginger, chopped
  • 2-3 inexperienced chillies
  • 2 Tbsp Curry leaves
  • 1 weight unit drumstick (cubes, boneless)
  • 1 Tbsp ingredient
  • 1 Tbsp Red chili pepper powder
  • 1 tsp Black pepper (crushed)
  • 1 tsp Cumin powder, roasted
To style Salt
  • A pinch of Black salt
  • 20 Gram contemporary coriander
  • 10 Gram Mint


Directions

  1. Heat mustard oil. Add onion seeds and fennel seeds. Once they unharness flavor, add shredded garlic. Saute for a jiffy.
  2. Add the shredded onion, tomato, ginger and inexperienced chillies. fry till the onion turns brown.
  3. Meanwhile, fry curry leaves and crush them.
  4. Add the deboned chicken cubes, ingredient and stir for a jiffy.
  5. Add the opposite dry spices and blend well.
  6. Cook on an occasional flame, with a lid on high for regarding ten minutes.

  1. Add the crushed curry leaves and blend well.
  2. Serve the dish fancy with contemporary coriander and mint.
