Pear Chickpea Salad Recipe |

- ¼ cup hemp seeds
- optional (but recommended): ½ cup broken feta cheese
- 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
- juice of one lemon
- 1 tablespoon wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoon metropolis mustard
- 2 tablespoons shredded scallion
- salt & pepper
Instructions
- Whisk dressing along.
- In a little bowl toss the chickpeas with a small amount of the dressing and a few salt and pepper. This step is nonobligatory, however I notice marinating the chickpeas for a number of minutes helps them become additional flavorsome.
